Milk: doesn’t do a body good!!!

Reasons for avoiding milk are plentiful. Here is a short synopsis of the main reasons to not drink milk or drink with extreme moderation.

  1. There is a major mineral imbalance such as the ratio of calcium to magnesium, which 10:1 (ideal is 1:1 or 2:1)
  2. It is highly acidic in nature and the body has a difficult time ridding itself of this acidic problem
  3. All commercially sold dairy products are highly processed and loaded with dangerous chemicals and antibodies.
  4. Rocket fuel has been found in cow’s milk; percolate is a residue chemical from the most common pesticide used in modern farming practices
  5. By the age of three we are deficient in the enzymes that are necessary for proper digestion of milk sugar, namely, renin and lactase.
  6. Fifty years ago an average cow produced 2,000 pounds of milk per year. Today the top manufactures supply 50,000 pounds, can you say hormones and steroids?
  7. Milk contains casein (a milk protein) which prevents the calcium in milk from being absorbable. There is 300 times more casein in cow’s milk than in human’s milk, which is for the development of huge cow bones. Casein coagulates in the stomach and forms large, tough, dense, difficult-to-digest curds that are adapted to the four-stomach digestive apparatus of a cow. By the way, casein is one of the strongest glues used in woodworking.
  8. Milk is a top flight allergenic in most humans & it promotes stagnation in the body
  9. Dairy products cause a myriad of problems within the small intestines by interfering with intestinal permeability, thereby allowing large fragments of proteins to enter into the blood stream. This is also known as “leaky gut syndrome”. This can lead to a host of physical problems, including irritable bowel syndrome, malabsorption of nutrients, obesity and mineral and amino acid deficiencies.
  10. Dairy products are a health hazard. They contain no fiber or complex carbohydrates and are laden with saturated fat and cholesterol. They are contaminated with cow's blood and pus and are frequently contaminated with pesticides, hormones, and antibiotics. Dairy products are linked to allergies, constipation, obesity, heart disease, cancer, and other diseases.

The late Dr. Benjamin Spock, America's leading authority on child care, spoke out against feeding cow's milk to children, saying it can cause anemia, allergies, and insulin-dependent diabetes and in the long term, will set kids up for obesity and heart disease, America's number one cause of death.

And dairy products may actually cause osteoporosis, not prevent it, since their high-protein content leaches calcium from the body. Population studies, backed up by a groundbreaking Harvard study of more than 75,000 nurses, suggest that drinking milk can actually cause osteoporosis.

Lastly, ever wonder about this fact; America leads the world in milk consumption but also leads the world in osteoporosis statistics. Isn’t milk supposed to prevent osteoporosis?
