12 Week Wellness/Fitness Challenge - Open Membership
- We choose 10 exercises every 12 weeks to test in a 1 minute format. This allows us to generate a goals list to train for
- Adults will also choose a weight goal, generally between 10 to 20 pounds is a realistic goal for any adult seeking weight loss
Coaching during the 12 weeks is essential to the success of goal attainment. During any 12 week program we will focus on the "Big 4" categories of personal wellness.
- Nutritional Planning around the superfoods provided at Performance Coaching, guidance of what foods to be eating and general information on nutrition in our difficult culture of the SAD (Standard American Diet).
- Physical Activity focuses on the 10 exercises we test for
- Stress Coping Strategies (SCS) revolving around our Far Infared Sauna, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, food sources, meditation, etc.
- Mind/Body Cleansing aids our efforts to increase our bodies ability to work more efficiently. I have witnessed some clients losing 5-10 pounds through a colon cleanse. Cleansing could be the most important thing we do in our 21st century way of life!
The combination of the "Big 4" and especially commitment and consistency to fitness training and goals will assure most clients a successful 12 week program.
Most clients continue for an additional 12 weeks, in fact, they look forward to the next 10 goals in their fitness training!!![]()
Men's 12 week Boot Camp
6 am Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday!!!
Men's Boot Camp is for the professional who seeks to get healthy in the morning before their hectic day.

12 Week Student-athlete Training
With over 20 years of exposure to athletic training Performance Coaching offers student-athlete coaching membership. We have experienced a wonderful 3 years working with a host of students ranging from 5th grade to senior in high school, male and female, and from 10 different area schools.
Soccer, baseball, football, wrestling, swimming, volleyball, basketball, tennis, track, or softball, our athletic training involves agility and coordination, balance, speed & explosive power, strength, plyometrics, endurance, and mental discipline working in unison to enhance any athletes ability to compete at a higher level.
We employ harness jumping, speed harness sprinting and reactionary drills, pod balance drills, side lateral explosive moves, strength training, plyometric boxs, ladder and ring drills, step hurdle and plyo hurdle explosive moves, swiss and medicine ball core activities, constant flexibility intervals, and much more as our attention is geared towards developing the whole athlete.

We offer month to month fee @ $150 for 3 sessions per week (scheduling depending)
