Once we realize the link between poor daily health habits involving the Big 4 can we actually begin to outline a plan for enhancing our ability to achieve optimal health and enjoy a better quality-of-life.
Performance Coaching, Inc. has attempted to simplify the difficult journey of improving personal health into 4 wellness categories, namely;
- Nutritional planning
- Physical activity
- Stress Coping Strategies
- Detoxification/Cleansing
Once the health history is determined (chronic conditions) we can break down the Big 4 and get to work. Regardless of clients current wellness position all of the Big 4 categories deserve worthy attention. Each component plays a complimentary role appropriate for any personal wellness plan.
